On Thursday, February 23, CISPAC will be visited by Cecilia Díaz Méndez, professor at the University of Oviedo, with her presentation “Transformations and ruptures in the Spanish food model“.
This activity, which will begin at 12:00pm in Seminar 103 of CISPAC, is part of the Cycle of Conferences organised by the HISTAGRA group
Diaz-Mendez is one of the architects of the National Survey of Food Habits (Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Environment, 2013), applying her knowledge to social studies, such as Food in Times of Crisis conducted for the Red Cross with support from the Alimerka Foundation (20149 or the UNICEF Asturias report in 2015.
