Elisa Alén González is a Lecturer in the Department of bussiness and marketing organization at the University of Vigo. Between 2012 & 2017 was member of the Consello Galego de Turismo (Xunta de Galicia).
His main lines of research are in the field of marketing-technology in the tourism sector, with special attention to the fields of thermal tourism, senior tourism, accessible tourism, cross-border tourism between Galicia and northern Portugal, and literary tourism. His recent works deal with virtual reality in the world of tourism, geotourism and accessibility.
