Aurora Grandal d'Anglade is a Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Sciences of A Coruña. She coordinates the research group: Grupo Interdisciplinar de Patrimonio Cultural y Geológico (CULXEO).

Her main lines of research revolve around the paleobiology of Quaternary macromammals, the morphometry of ursids and other Quaternary mammals, paleoecological reconstruction using stable isotopes in fossil remains, the phylogeography of Quaternary mammals or isotopic studies of paleodiet in archaeological sites.
