On Tuesday, May 13th at 11:00 am, a new session of the CISPAC seminar series will take place in seminar room 103 of the Edificio Fontán (Cidade da Cultura). This time, it will feature the intervention of Noelia Parajuá Carpintero, Juan de la Cierva postdoctoral researcher in the Department of History of the Universidade de Santiago de Compostela, member of the HISTAGRA group and CISPAC.
The speaker will present a conference entitled “Explorando as transformacións dos sistemas alimentarios contemporáneos. O caso de España (1980-actualidade)” , in which she analyzes the changes that have affected the modes of production, distribution and consumption of food in recent decades, in a context of social, economic and cultural transformations.
This activity is part of the CISPAC scientific programme and is open to all interested people.
