Román Rodríguez; the director of the Axencia para a Modernización Tecnolóxica de Galicia (AMTEGA), Julián Cerviño, the Rector of the University of Santiago de Compostela and Secretary of CRUSOE, Antonio López; and the Global Head of Public Sector and Health of NTT DATA, Óscar Abril.
The Institutional Chair of Digital Cultural Heritage was born from the collaboration between CRUSOE, the Xunta de Galicia and NTT DATA, in order to coordinate the different actions and activities of the CRUSOE’s working group in the field of Digital Cultural Heritage, and will be based at CISPAC.
This is the first example of inter-institutional collaboration in this field, to promote teaching, research and dissemination of knowledge in the area of Digital Cultural Heritage.
The constitution of the Chair was approved by the Governing Council of the Xunta de Galicia on 21 July 2022, signing the corresponding agreement between the parties on 26/07/2022, joining the initiative promoted by CRUSOE in the field of Digital Cultural Heritage “STELLAE 5.0 Digital Cultural Heritage Linked to the Camino de Santiago”.
